Marginalized Communities - Housing & Sanitation Provision

The program aims at facilitating the acquisition and redistribution of land to Marginalized Communities both in Commercial and Communal areas. It also aims to ensure that the Marginalized Communities are provided with and access to basic needs such as decent shelter, potable water, and sanitation facilities in all the regions they reside.

Marginalized Communities (San, Ovatue and Ovatjimba)

How to apply

To be administered on the need basis based on the availability of funds.

Registration period

Every day Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 17:00 PM

Required documents

Need to be identified through the Regional Development Planners. Ownership of Land or Leasehold Agreement from a Local Authority to be provided in towns/settlements.
