Disability Individual Support Programme

The program aims to provide support to persons with disability to improve their quality of life, enhance their dignity, well-being and empower them.

Who qualifies?

Persons with Disabilities with severe disability with special focus on children with disabilities, with Cerebral Palsy and Hydrocephalus (Items issued are subject to assessment)

How to apply

Application for assessment is done in person at any nearby Ministry Regional offices; (Division Disability Affairs Office) or
If beneficiary is immobile the relative/caretaker /assistant can inform the nearby office and arrangement will be done for official to conduct assessments on the spot to verify the severity of disability and assess the applicant`s needs.

Registration period

Every day Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 17:00 PM

National documents for the beneficiary
The beneficiaries’ caretaker/personal assistant in the event whereby the client is not independent
